Roudov is one of the prison workers; he has dark skin and wrinkled eyelids. When he appears with a whip, there is a sound of air siren.
His job is giving and monitoring work for the prisoners. The two only known job he offered are reordering Matryoshka Dolls and distinguishing chicks by gender.
